I really enjoyed this book. Full of actionable tips, this book is a road map on how to think realistically in an imperfect world where circumstances often force us to re-think or re-evaluate our positions. So many people hold on to long-standing beliefs about the world and live in self-delusion as a way to protect their belief system. Anything that deviates from this world view must be explained away.

Galef’s clear writing makes is easy to follow her thinking and this is a practical book if you want to examine HOW you make decisions and rationalize your beliefs. It’s also easy to follow and just over five hours of listening, so check it out!
