I read through the entire cookbook and I've decided I'm going to cook my way through the entire book (or as much as I can) in 2022! Julia's approach to home cooking is so fresh and liberating, and her recipes seem accessible, yet offer a bit of a challenge. I love how she offers variations for every recipe, too.
