Three young women serve Britain as secret code breakers during WW2. Coming from very different backgrounds, they become friends with their secret work. Interspersed in the chapters, fast forward 3 years and one of them is in the insane asylum claiming to have found a traitor and the other two friends must decide if she is believable.
A few of the technical parts about codebreaking where a bit confusing and difficult to read but overall an enthralling story. Historical fiction focused around three women, their secret work at a code breaking facility, and the ups and downs of the relationships between them.
Loved all the twists and turns! Her best yet!
Took a bit to get going but really grabbed me towards the end.
Another great read by Kate Quinn. Fell in love with the characters and all that they did !
