The first 75% of this book was so good! I loved the slow build and the aspect of a thrill about gentrification was so unique and thought provoking. Sometimes reality is the scariest thing. I like many others thought the end felt rushed. The conflict seemed to grow too big for the characters to wrap up themselves that left me finishing the book somewhat confused and disappointed.

Would give 3.5 stars. I enjoyed reading this book but it seemed a little disjointed and the pacing seemed off, especially toward the end.
