a court of thornes and roses set this series up in a way that even though i bought this book i was not very interested in reading it due to the fact that the first one was just ok. this book however ate the boots house down. i read such big chunks of it at a time because i was literally so infatuated by this book. the tension and poltical intrigue and the ONE BED TROAP had me gripping the sheets. crazy, lit, movie. i cannot wait to read the next book!
Love this series. Just fun to read. Like a mixture of true blood & game of thrones. 😆
This is without a doubt one of my favorite books of all time. The character development, the storyline, the world building, the romance. It checks every box for me and SJM slays at writing. There is a reason so many people love this series and the merch going around with it makes me incredibly happy, too.
Yep, definitely hate read this book. Why do things get solved so quickly? Is there a magic system? Nope. It works however it needs to.
