Aside from being the author of this book, I enjoyed it because all the celebrities show through example, that they do not starve or have food deprivation. It is possible to lose weight and/or maintain your weight without giving up too much. And their exercise routines are all different, so it’s nice to be able to pick and choose which one best suits you. All in all, it’s a book loaded with a good variety of concise info.
