What Members Thought
Unlike "Duty", which focused on Gates' tenure as the Defense Secretary, this book focuses on leadership lessons Gates garnered at the top leader at Texas A&M, CIA, and as the Secretary of Defense. Few examples were not already mentioned in "Duty". While incorporating all of his leadership positions provided a broader view, the lessons were scattered and not focused.
