When I began this book, I read the first 30 pages in a rush before going to meet up with friends. In my haste, I found it slow and was impatient and thought I wouldn't enjoy it. The next time I picked it up, I realized just how wrong I was. I read the bulk of this book in two days and was so invested in the plot and the characters.
