Lamb is perhaps one of the best books I've ever read. Christopher Moore is always a delight, but this book showed humor and respect while still delivering a heavy dose of satire. Moore poked and prodded at the life of Christ and humanized a very abstract idea. Some may find his humor offensive, but I found it grounding. Skeptical in the beginning, but ended up liking very much. Will take some time to write a good review. Appreciated the afterword, great to know the research and the context of the story.

Lamb is hysterically funny, which is exactly what I thought of the other Moore book I read. Books that make you laugh out loud are few and far between, especially as an adult.
