I learned a ton from this book. So many female scientists that I knew absolutely nothing about. I really liked the set-up, with the artistic renderings of the scientist, a quote from or about them at the bottom of their portrait, and little interesting facts sprinkled around the text. So much great information in this.

I loved this book, and as far as I know there's this one and women in art and sports, I would love for one of women in literature. The art is wonderful and suits each women and her achievements, it's really approachable for children who want to know more about women in different fields.

Out of the woman in here I only knew 3 by name. I really liked the artwork of this book and I think it will really appeal to people to pick up. I did feel it was hard to understand what people really accomplished with only a page of information but it is more of a starting point. I look forward to learning more about these amazing women
