I choose to believe that this book was just not the right one for me. The book is a story of a magical circus, elaborate performances, enchantments and the bright allure of a Victorian style Circus. The elaborate description of magical tents and off-beat performers initially drew me in allowing them to grow in my imagination but it quickly turned out to be prattling, wordy and dragging along. I wasn't expecting to love this book but I was expecting to like it more than I actually did, so that's disappointing. I just wasn't feeling this. Overall, I think this book just wasn't for me.

EDIT: I had to change my re
