I can't overstate how much I loved this book. I savored every story and intentionally read it super slowly. There were essays that I knew I'd love because I cherish the authors as friends and stories that were new to me. The beauty of disability is woven into every page. There are raw emotions, sweet victories, unexpected happenings, and so much more. I wish it wouldn't have ended.
I highly recommend this book for anyone open to learning about a part of our culture/history that we are all cheate
