What Members Thought

Upon rereading the physical book a year after listening to the audiobook and I think I loved the reading it even more. The ending still leaves me an emotional, but happy mess. I love this story so much and I can't wait until I have children so I can read them this wonderful little tale of a young orphan girl and her adventures at Green Gables. The 5 stars is still accurate and this novel has an even bigger place in my heart now.

Did a reread by audiobook for toddler's bedtime, and enjoyed Anne's antics all over again. I couldn't help but picture every corresponding scene from the Megan Follows version, although I'd forgotten how very different the order of events is in some places. The books and movies both are still very endearing.
