Wow. What a read. A must-read. A real eye opener. So good and needed to be written. Bryan Stevenson has done this book justice itself.

I know it's all over the news and blogs etc right now, and for good reason. I haven't watched the film, and I'm sure it's good, but as with all films, there's no way it can convey all the detail that the book does and the myriad of examples of injustice in the American "justice" system.

The stories in this book really pulled at my heart strings. Very informative about what is happening with our legal justice system. I look forward to watching the movie in December.

This book was exceptionally difficult to absorb, as it is meant to be, but also exceptionally well written and the narration by the author was wonderfully done. I know it's been said before about this book, but I truly feel like the eye-opening stories and accounts of Bryan Stevenson's work and experiences detailed here should be required reading for absolutely everyone. ...more
