In a nut shell: Lots a character development and poetic descriptions of the sky.

I've never read a book so beautifully written. It's so tragically beautiful. The character development is so well done that you really begin to empathize not with just the main character, but with pretty much every character.

The story itself is depressing, I shed some tears for Liesel at the end. I generally don't cry over books but it really draws you in. Also thinking about the likelihood that people went through a ...more
