This was a great book! The suspense was real, the characters were real. There was little description, but the dialogue really formed the characters. It begins with the disappearance of Rodger Heller. His wife, Lauren, was beat up, but otherwise left alone. It's up to Nick, Rodger's brother, to figure out what happened. I always look forward to reading Finder and he seldom disappoints. Vanished, like all of his books, grabs you from the start and continues to hold your interest with clever dialogue, plot twists and intriguing characters. Although I must admit, some of the techie stuff in this one was a bit over my head.
