Gave this book 4 stars. Don't think I liked it as much as the first time I read it a few years ago, probably because I kept getting it confused with the show. The show's taken over my imagination too, which kind of sucks. At least (view spoiler) I can't even remember how that worked in the show. One rage I have about the ending is that (view spoiler)

Okay, so I am going to ignore the elephant in the room *cough* Harry Potter fanfiction this is so obviously Harry Potter fanfiction, you even reference Harry Potter at the end of your book seriously wtf *cough* Okay. Now that that is done . . . It wasn't that bad.
With that being said, the book certainly has his problems -- all books do. And some of them are fairly obvious. But, I'm not going to nitpick. Instead, I am going to just judge it based on how I felt when I was done reading it.

I'm glad I pushed through this book because it picked up so much in the end. I was afraid I wasn't going to like this series, but I'm falling in love now!
