I've been sitting on this review too long. My own family has a hereditary cancer, Sipple Syndrome, and maybe that's why this has been hard to write about. Interesting, though, that Lawrence Ingrassia mentions how the science would not acknowledge a genetic link with cancer. Which has me puzzling why my family was told we had a hereditary cancer in the early to mid 70s, and family members were tested at once. Al ...more
