I try and read a novel written in another time without modern sensibilities. Book 1 was great and fun and way better than I thought. I was shocked that the windmill incident was first. I really thought as much as it is referenced in popular culture that it was more climactic. I’m not sure of the necessity of book 2. As that didn’t keep my attention as the first book did. Una maravilla! No pensé que disfrutaría tanto este clásico. La narración es exquisita, maestra. Me quedé enternecida con Sancho Panza y las aventuras y desventuras de nuestro querido Don Quijote.
Después de tanto postergar la lectura, quedo feliz y satisfecha de llevar esta novela en mi memoria para el resto de la eternidad <3
