Omg this was such a ride and way better than I expected! There was some point in the middle of the book where I started to get a little bored and I didn't see what else could happen but then things got back to action.
I really felt Bella's pain when she said goodbye to Jacob, it was pretty sad to be honest. And I can't stop thinking about Charlie! I really want him to still be a part of Bella's life after her transformation; (I don't care about Reene, bc she doesn't seem to care as well ...more

This one was better paced than the last two. There were moments where I did skip over things due to cheesy dialogue - the scene between Bella and Jacob where she asks him to kiss her for one - but otherwise it did alright. Was it better than the movie version? I think they're very neck and neck. I definitely liked movie Jacob over book Jacob in this one because he is acting like a brat. Book Edward and movie Edward seem to be the same, but you understand more of what Edward is doing from the boo

I didn't like this book as much as the first two however, I still look forward to reading the last book in the series.

This is the point where my interest in this series is wavering. My intrigue is super low. I'm rereading these for the nostalgia, but I not having the best time. I'm listening on audio for the first time and I am begging the book world to redo these audiobooks and give them more character.
