This book in the Sons of Sanctuary series has been my favorite. Cannon Johns has left the motorcycle club for a while after a devastating loss. He has been traveling and stopped for the night at a roadside motel. He finds a girl there, freezing in the rain, without food or money. He rescues her and continues to rescue her throughout the book. The unobvious part, is where, she rescues him. This is another amazing addition to the Sons of Sanctuary series. Victoria Danann creates such wonderful characters and stories. You can enjoy this one without having read the first two in the series, but they are such great books it would be a shame to miss any in this or her other series.

The most wonderful thing about Victoria Danann is that when she writes a book, it is going to be so very entertaining. This book is no different in that it is very entertaining. Oh WOW!!! Nomad was wonderful, I absolutely loved it.
Cannon Johns is on his way home to the SSMC. When he stops at a roadside Motel he discovers a young woman hiding from the rain behind a vending machine. Taking pity on her, he offers to let her stay in his room out of the rain. Little did he know that she would change his life forever?

What a wonderful, satisfying read this story is. From the very first page I fell in love with the two main characters who seemed so vastly different that one could not imagine a HEA. I had never read an MC novel until Victoria Danann's Sons of Sanctuary series. This is the third story, of one of the club members, who goes "Nomad' after a tragedy in his life. He and a young woman discover each other towards the end of his travels and find hope and salvation for their lives. You also find out what is happening in the lives of the 'sons' and their parents. Victoria has brought to life two characters that have a deeply hidden love, way down inside, just waiting to come out. Cannon and this wide eyed girl are both independent and used to holding their own. They have had to be that way for a long while. Yet they discover very quickly that they have each other’s backs as her story comes to light. This is a thoroughly entertaining love story that will keep you cheering these two on all the way to the end.
