Liulf by Victoria Danann - Liulf and his brothers are quite the trio. They band together in times of need and joke around with each other just like brothers should. When Liulf first meets Rain he's not so sure about what it is he's feeling until near fatal events bring the closer together. Their bond and love grows strong and quickly. Even the brief run in with Litha always makes me laugh.
As always Victoria Danann hits it out of the ball park again with another amazing story. ...more

Yet again we have been treated to another great story from Victoria Danann in Liulf (New Scotia Pack Book 1). I was captivated from the beginning.
Liulf is the hunky alpha of the Scotia pack. They have lived happily in the Highlands for hundreds of years, but sadly things are changing & Luilf has to make the decision on how to ensure everyone’s safety.
Liulf is such a great character, he has a dry sense of humour & shows so much love & respect for his family & others.

Another winner by Victoria Danann! Liulf is a novella that relates nicely to her incredible Knights of the Black Swan series. If you are a fan of the Knights of the Black Swan series or new to reading Victoria's work, you will not be disappointed! Originally released as part of the Highland Shifters collection, it was clearly a standout and my personal favorite.

I originally read this book as part of the Highland Shifters set...this was one of my favorite 2 stories in the 12 story bundle. I really enjoy Victoria Danann's writing style and will pick up most any shifter type book that she writes. I have previously read The Black Swan series by this author and enjoyed each and every book in the series. This is defiantly one of my favorite authors, and I am always on the lookout for any new releases she has.

He's been patiently waiting, looking for his true mate and he finds her at last once they settle into their new home. Does she realize who he is? Will he win her? Or will fate throw a curve into the plan. Pick up this great read today and be lost in the magic and adventure that Ms. Danann has created.

Coming to a new land is never easy, moving is hard on everyone, but to change diminsions with the majority of your pack , and leave everything you ever knew behind has to be the worst. Unless, you find your true mate, the love of your life.
Becoming Alpha of his pack did not happen the way Liulf wanted it to, but it happened, and in his dying breath his uncle told him what to do that was best for the pack. Liulf does what needs to be done and in the process finds his mate, even if she did not rea ...more

I originally read this as part of the Highland Shifters anthology. Victoria does it again with a "spin-off" start. Set in the world with the Black Swan, from when Litha and Deliverance helped relocate a pack of werewolf shifters, Liulf gets thrown in as Alpha when a hunting accident takes his uncle's life. He and his brothers sound like sex on a cracker. Something about men in kilts, and the accents don't hurt either. The thing with Victoria is she makes the characters people you would care abou
