I wasn't sure what to rate this because it is a short, and almost didn't rate it at all. I usually recommend books (or in this case, rate) based on 1) enjoyment 2) plot and 3) character development or progression. For that reason, it seems strange to rate a short very high.
BUT. . .the ending got me. :)
Better to keep Toreth an enclosed, secret part of his life, as segregated as he could make it.

We're getting there. In Friday, we finally get a glimpse into Warrick's mind and (view spoiler) . Hopefully Toreth won't screw it up (but I'm guessing he will). I liked Cele too. ...more

Not much to this one really. The introduction of Cele and of course Toreth is centre of attention even when he's not in the room.
