I will be 100% honest and say that I'm not entirely impressed with the majority of the novellas in the TA series so far. I like the characters, and I think they are excellent, but I think they could be used better than they are. Toreth and Warrick are great, but the bulk of these stories are about....them having sex, getting mad about something, and then the cycle repeating with some little filler stories in between. And...I think the prose is boring? I know in this circle this make ...more

Warrick is a subtle, sneaky SOB, but in a good way. Not many people outdo Toreth throughout this series. Acknowledged or not, Warrick is his weakness. Nothing like having to strip at a strip-club...
