What Members Thought
More than 2/3 of this book is about Administration politics with Toreth trapped in dealing with the aftermath of the uprising at I&I. I could count the number of times Toreth and Warrick actually meet each other on one hand, and what's worse, I had beyond my fill of Carnac, which was way too much for my abused nerves. But! The last few chapters were rewarding enough that I could (almost) forgive and forget the agony.
