I loved this book with my whole heart! It was so good, I can't believe I haven't picked it up sooner!

We had such an interesting cast of characters and I don't think I can say that there were any characters that I did not like or that I hated. Yes, there were times when Evie was annoying and she was making some very reckless decisions, but I felt like that was what made the story moving, so that did not bother me, it actually made me really love Evie. The Diviners was a really interesting book to read. I have a little bit of mixed feelings to be honest. I don't know if I should rate it with 5 stars or 3 stars, so I will give it 4 stars (somewhere in the middle).
While it was obviously very researched, at times I found myself a little bored by all the details and descriptions and how it all progressed so slowly. There were times when I felt so frustrated with this story that I almost felt like I should DNF it but, I was hooked. I don't know why ...more

Evie was literally the best character ever. She wasnt like the usual YA feminine protagonist. She took action and KIcked ass. Omg she and Sam I ship it. I wish will was my father omg luv him so much. I love all of the characters and it was so well done. The characters were well rounded. Theta was so intresting i cant tell if I like Theta or Evie more.

Recommend SO much.
