I began reading Schyte with really high expectations, since its premise was quiet fascinating.
Did it meet this expectations? Partly.
The begging was a little slow, I felt like a lot of things happened too fast and because of that I got lost a few times.
It was at the beginning of the third part that I’ve really started to understand everything and when I finally saw the marvelous book everyone talks about.

Not as I expected but good..
I liked the whole Grim Reaper concept, and I thought it was really original. The whole reaping and immunity thing seems really cool. I mean, who wouldn't love to be immortal, in a way. The splatting was also kind of interesting to see, as it seemed like it was meant to be harmless, but in real life it isn't. The differences between the book and real life are really cool and it makes the book unique.

I loved this. It was like a breath of fresh air since I've solely been reading fantasy. I loved the part where Citra chose her patron historic. Such a great jab. Definitely going to be reading the next book!
