It started off a bit slow, but once I got into it, I fell in love with it. The magic, the adventure, the characters. . Each character was their own person as well, despite the fact that 4 of them were Raven boys who we were led to believe were all rich, posh, and spoiled. Definitely would recommend if you're interested in young adult fiction and magic. ...more

Honestly, the first 80% I didn’t care about. It might have been me in a weird funk, or that I was not paying attention- but I didn’t really know what was going on. But the ending? Wow. Okay so I might pick up the second book-
