Spy thrillers have always excited me, and this one from new author, Kenneth Kerr, did not disappoint. Jim Hunts college career takes an unexpected turn after a meeting with one of his instructors. His spying career for the CIA begins with keeping an eye on the activities of fellow students. Later he is seduced (in every sense of the word) into working for the Chinese Intelligence services by Suzy, a sexy oriental girl – with the knowledge of his CIA bosses.

Life of a Double Agent is my first novel. Living in Krasnoyarsk, Russia as a Peace Corps volunteer was the inspiration for this book. I created a fictional character who did many of the things I did in my business career and in the Vietnam War and in Russia as a Peace Corps volunteer. Those activities were fictionalized and then his CIA career as a mole in the Chinese MSS was added to create a more interesting story. Is the story true or is it fiction? You decide, and I hope you enjoy the read.
