Wow. This was not what I expected. Nina loses her father young due to him being imprisoned and is forced into foster care where she meets her "brother" Pike. Through years of abuse they comfort each other. As an adult she is seeking revenge for her father and the crappy life she has been handed. She married Bennett, incredibly handsome and rich, as part of her plan for revenge.

I totally loved this book! It was twisted. It was dark. It had me cringing in disgust and sadness. I loved the whole revenge plot. Involving another male into the mix was genius. It captured my attention. It held my interest, and I was thrilled. There’s so many things that go on in this book that I have to watch for spoilers while writing this review.
