Not for me.
How could I not love this book? It has my favorite sport, a Hot hockey player, a very down to earth humorous heroine, smexy love scenes and too many laugh out loud moments to count!!! Hoping this turns into a series and we get more!!!!!

I think maybe this author is just not for me. This book has been on my tbr for ages and i just.... bah..
The humor was crude, the slut shaming got on my nerves immediately from the beginning of the book and I never could warm up to Violet after that, also there is quirky and awkward and then there is Violet who is neither cute not quirky
The only reason it's getting an extra half star is because Alex is adorable at times and the sexy times are fun, when Violet can stop talking ffs.

Not bad! This wasn’t just your average romance. It was actually pretty good. I even had some laugh out loud moments. I like the fact that the characters seem to have close knit family which helps the reader relate even more.
2.5 stars and mainly because of Alex
