Kristen Ashley is a new author to me so I am not familiar with her books or writing style.

I wasn't sure what I was going to read especially with the warning at the beginning of the story - I really did not want another bad BDSM story that turned me off. It didn't. The story was erotic, it had explicit sex scenes, dirty talk and language and yes some light bondage but I liked it and it was not as bad as the warning made it out to be (and I have read worse).

I loved the characters in the book. I wished it was longer to explore more of their connections. I thought the whole Daddy thing was odd. I pushed it my mind because this is fiction. Somehow I found myself caring about them. I thought it was an interesting story since it was a story that contained dominance there was so much sincerity in the devotion they had. This is the shortest book by Kristen Ashley I have encountered thus far. It is also the most sexually graphic.

Anya had a crappy upbringing and now she lacks confidence, and Knight started with a crappy childhood but ended up with a pretty great life, but the memories and things learned before the good life are the things that made him who he is now.

After meeting Anya the man is hooked and so is she.
