After reading so many rave reviews for this book I was expecting to very much enjoy it. I didn't. The characters felt flat, at least I couldn't connect with them. So even though I was able to read the story quickly, I just didn't care about what happened with the characters. Yes it was sad, I know that, but I'm not a person who cries easily and almost always have to feel a connection with a character for that to happen. Some things in the story made me laugh, but overall it was just an okay read ...more
