What Members Thought
Nothing shocking in this book. One of many young people arogant of the consequenses, knowingly breaks the law and served a minimum sentence. She seemed to imply that her punishment was too much, and not enough rebilation in prisons. I think her energy would be better served talking to youth on the consequences of drugs than writing books.

I read the book, then promptly watched the first season of Orange Is The New Black on Netflix. The book is WAY better.
I learned a lot about women's correctional facilities in the US, and feel a connection to Piper that I didn't expect.
