Shelves: fantasy, young-adult, paranormal, urban-fantasy

I have to admit what most drew me to this book was its great cover. Then it also got a lot of great reviews.

It is a dark story of fallen angels and other not so nice creatures and Nora is caught up in the middle.

I really enjoyed the book and look forward to the rest of the series

I would have enjoyed this book alot better if it got to a point or anything exciting happened before the last bend of the book. I felt like the book had potential but if the danger/suspense/finally finding out whats really going on, would have started mid book, instead of at the very end. They could have continued on with more action but it just kinda ends. You spend the whole book wondering what is really going on with Patch and Nora. If you like sexy, hot, annoying and some times pushy boys look no further.
This book begins in the sex ed class Nora follows and immediately this guy Patch comes and forces his way into her life. I liked him right away because he was so annoying and really fought for the girls attention and that is what made me love this book so much. I don't really like Vee, every time she starts to speak I imagine a parrot voice. But still I enjoyed this book enough to want to read the sequel :) ...more
