This is a must read!
But I will warn you I sank into a thought provoked state of sadness at the end. This book is a dose of reality and it’s a hard punch but also inspiring.

I feel like the last person on earth to read this beautiful, debut novel. A Woman is No Man tells the heartbreaking story of conservative Arab women growing up in America. We meet Isra and Deya 20 years apart, but they experience many of the same hardships growing up. Absolutely heartbreaking, but so very powerful! Great read. I loved it!
