I enjoyed reading this book very much! The narrator tells it very well. Was glad to read something I could connect to. It’s not what I’d usually read, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. :)

I enjoyed Bless Me, Ultima. It was a very interesting and introspective novel, and at times had me question my own beliefs. However, it is in all its frills, just a rudimentary coming of age book at which someone discovers themselves. The most interesting part of the novel comes with the magic and healing. I would not read this book again, but I would definitely recommend it to others.

"Bless Me, Ultima" is an amazing Coming of Age story that includes facing your fears, dealing with the unknown, and living by your own values. Many of the characters are easy to relate to or compare yourself with. The writing style wasn't my favorite however, I do see the importance of the language that was used and the literature of the book itself. ...more

This book can be described as one of coming of age and a magical journey. As we go through we come to find that each experience adds more value to the main character which in turn builds him and we are tagging along for the ride. This book is great as it brings you along that journey all awhile bringing up more and more questions simply from fascination.

I really enjoyed reading the book. The plot was great and the overall message really strikes questions that have long haunted people. I think it’s significant due to the fact that it targets the discord of religion in a pensive manner. It leaves a message that makes one reevaluate their values and morale.

BMU is a story about coming of age in a non traditional (still has that vibe though) that everyone can somehow connect to. We follow the story, learning the life isn’t always easy, and sometimes you have to make your own way. BMU has shown the power to make your choices, the future and familiar love.

It was an amazing book due to showing a perspective of an innocent child who is becoming aware of society. It shows the various outcomes and consequences of decisions. By conquering no one but yourself, it teaches you the different values of life.

Bless Me, Ultima was a good book which had me curious about my own things in life. It was a fun reading and how it made you guess at every twist and turn. It teaches you about life and how family is important and more life lessons.

I enjoyed every little bit more as it continued to progress. It does a great job at showing progression of the characters and their emotions. It really makes you begin to think and question about your thoughts and beliefs.

I think it was a good story when it came to Antonio and his struggles to choose on whether he would do what his parents want or what he wanted. It was just a little too poetic but other than that it was nice.

Bless Me, Ultima is a very powerful coming of age story. The essence of magic and curiosity, makes Toni a fond and relatable protagonist. We can all identify with the lessons Toni learns.
