What Members Thought
Never having read this before, I didn't know what to expect. I think the vocabulary would be beyond the average 21st century child. How many of them know the meaning of "vouchsafed?" The adventures of Ratty, Mole, Badger, and Toad are sweet and hearken back to a time when spending unstructured time outside with friends was considered normal and good.
