I mean in this book Will figures out that the curse that was put on him when he was 12 - the one about the fact that anyone that he will love would die due to their own for him - wasn't even real. It's just that the demon who put the curse stung Ella - Will's sister - with his poison causing her to die. And now Tessa has agreed to marry Jem after he proposed to her, Will comes along and asks Tessa if she loves him as well. Not wanting to break Jem's heart she turns Will ...more

This second instalment of one of my favourite series is just perfection, IMO. Cassie really did develop the characters perfectly, and their deep feelings within is just making me speechless.

I only just finished reading this, and I couldn't put the book down! The suspense within each chapter awaits me, and I couldn't, just couldn't stop reading. So... I've been going through these books in like two days. I'm dying for the third one :) Reading it next!!

I loved the story in this, pretty much though if you want to know what I thought throughout the book, look at my updates on it lol!

I am happy for Jem and Tessa, because I know he loves her, and she does care about him. Love? We'll see...
I'm sad though, because I KNOW that Will has always loved her but purposely pushed her away because he didn't want to hurt her.

I would give this book 5 stars but Tessa is a moron and I want to slap her so hard. Or I would be honest as a friend and tell her to stop, because you don't actually love Jem you moron.
