I was a bit hesitant to read this book because whenever I think of mermaids, wait, I don't think of mermaids! That's just it. *sigh* again, i need to stay away from romance books. know what my boyfriend looks like, hes a bit pudgy, head's a little big, normal voice. know what EVERY SINGLE BOY EVER IN ANY YOUNG ADULT BOOK IS!?!?! Chiseled chin, 8pack abs, deep smooth voice, perfect in every fucking way. over it!!! and to top it off, he is sexist as f**k. i get that he's a prince and was probably taught to look down on peeps, but seriously, it's not 1950 anymore. the "plot" was eh. i just couldn't focus sin ...more
