I am so excited about this book. Loved Hex Hall. So many good books will be published in 2014 wow cant wait :)

Rebel Belle is one of the funniest books I have read this year, it’s quirky and such a page turner that I couldn’t let go except that I had to go to work so I finished it in three days.

The story is told from Harper’s point of view and set in Alabama. Harper is an overachiever, she is the homecoming queen of her high school. She reminds me of Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl without the bitchness.

I love me some Rachel Hawkins, she is an amazing writer and I just loved her Hex Hall series. I had been looking forward to reading Rebel Belle. This book was really hyped up and I had really high expectation for this book, and I hate to say this but it was really lacking. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the book. It just wasn’t all that. Rebel Belle started off to slow for my taste, I started losing my focus and I got bored after a couple of charters it picked up.

What I loved about this book is that I laughed a lot. This is definitely one funny but super-kick ass book! Don't let the girly cover fool you! It just had the right mix of everything in one beautiful package. And the characters are adorable!! I love the dynamic between Harper and David, even though their whole life was just their own versions of tugging on each other's hairs to hide the fact that they've been crushing on each other for their whole life! So this book was amazing..

I absolutely adored this book so much!
I knew I was going to like it but I didn't know I was going to love it this much!

While reading this book in my mind it was like a romantic comedy TV show in my head.

I don't think I've ever read a book that made me laugh this much. This book was freaking hilarious!!

Rebel Belle was thoroughly enjoyable to both. read and listen to. It took a bit to really get into it, but once I did I was hooked. I was also iffy about the audio narrator at first because accents tend to annoy me on audiobooks, but in this case it was perfect.

On another note, I had no idea that this book had anything supernatural about it so I was shocked during the janitor scene, but I loved Rachel Hawkin's Hex Hall series so I was excited when I realized what it was really about.

Just as good the second time around. I re-listened because Miss Mayhem just released and I didn't want to be lost as to what was going on since I loved this book so much, and I'm glad I did.
