I think this one was better then the first one, but I still didn't think it was AMAZING, hence the 4 stars. This book has like a freaking love pentagon with, Dimitri, Tasha, Rose, Adrian, and Mason which was kind of stupid. And if something or someone gets in the way of Christian and Lissa, I am going to tear someones head off. Now I think I know where my friend Dimka gets her name from!

I FLEW through this book! Rose is probably one of my favorite female protagonists! I enjoy everything about her character. Which is why the whole Mason thing was both awesome and heartbreaking. I cried more for Rose in that moment than I did for Mason. I liked Mason but he made some really dumb ass decisions. Like seriously! He lasted like .5 seconds against those strigoi. Overall I really enjoyed this book, like I said I flew through it, and can't wait to start Shadow Kiss!

I really enjoyed Frostbite. I'm not sure yet if it was better than the first book in the Vampire Academy series but I very much liked it. I found it exciting and dangerous. It was also quite emotional but I managed to keep it together quite well.
