THIS SERIES! THIS SERIES IS TOO AWESOME FOR WORDS!

Armentrout is one of my favorite authors now. The things she comes up with. AH God! I finished this book in like two days. That's how mind blowing this book was!

I love how Katy is trying to prove herself to Daemon by trying to show him that she's his equal. It definitely made her even more awesome and badass.

I love this series and I'm finally glad it started reading it more. Poor Katy! That ending really killed me. But I have the next book ready and can't wait to read on. My love for Daemon and Katy just keep on growing from book to book. This book really sealed the love for them and I loved every moment between them. I still hate Blake. He really creeps me out! Katy has been freed from DOD and with her they have freed Dawson who’s been missing for a year but they didn’t get his girlfriend Beth. With a plan in place they set out to the DOD compound intent on getting their friends but things go painfully wrong that they have to scrub the mission. Together they will have to figure out a new plan to save their friends before Dawson goes at it alone. With the new knowledge about the Onyx they set out to come up with a new plan. Katy’s life outside of training isn’t easy she is attacked in her home and she still knows the secrets about her mom’s missing boyfriend. When the time comes will they be able to save Beth and Chris? Can they really trust Blake? Who’s Luc?

I love Katy and Daemon they are my favorite paranormal couple the chemistry between the two is on awesome. My heart goes out to Dee after losing Adam after only just finding him and I hope there is potential for someone in the future for her. I really liked Dawson in the novella and I’m thrilled to get to know the brooding alien more.

Opal is the third installment in the Lux series which tells the story of Katy and Daemon. Adam is gone but Dawson is back but things will never be the same for our aliens and Katy but they can’t just give up yet. Another captivating installment in the Lux series it was hard to put down I just can’t seem to get enough of Katy my favorite book blogging character and her sexy alien. The concept for Opal fits perfectly in the series telling an intricate story that’s filled with twists and turns at every corner that kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what will happen next only to finish in a cliffhanger. It’s a good thing I have the next one sitting on my shelf reading or I would be at a lost. Opal is beautifully written the author has created an amazing story that captures the heart as well as the imagination. I really love her writing style it just flows so smoothly. Good god the ending on this cliffhanger is so hard I hate cliffhanger because then you need the next book which isn't out here by me yet.

God I loved the relationship of Daemon and Katy.

My toes just curl when I read all the scenes of Daemon and Katy. I love how protective Daemon is with Katy and I love how Katy fight him to help Dawson with there plan. She wants to help Daemon with everything even if its really hard.

So just read this book…I have such conflicting emotions I’m not even sure how to react.

First there’s the cover. To be honest, the cover doesn’t do justice to any part of the book. It shows the girl (presumably Katy) leaning against or holding onto the male (presumably Daemon) as though she is heavily dependent on him, which she is obviously not.
