I expected more from this book.
For starters, the narrator isn't supposed to tell you in the beginning of each chapter what is going to happen in the end of it. Just because the author didn't want the book to have suspense, doesn't mean that I want to know everything before they happen! If you don't want suspense write a book about flowers and bears, not about the world war II.

What an awesome book! a little hard to read at first, but I definitely got into it by the end. I'd recommend it, for sure! :P
