If you're planning on reading The Book Thief, read it now. If you're not planning on reading The Book Thief, read it now.

I just finished this masterpiece of a book and I honestly don't know what to write, other than that this book is brilliant. So brilliant. Markus Zusak's writing somehow managed to punch the breath out of me, because I am pretty sure I did not breathe correctly after I finished reading his words. His writing style is truly something special and all the characters in this book a

This book really squeezed all the water out of my eyes. Gah. I'm really impressed by Zusak's omniscient narration through Death. It gives me the chills and awe. Sometimes, though, Death LOVES to spoil things. Because as he mentioned, he doesn't like surprises. But well, it didn't lessen the feels the story's heart-wrenching climax will give. It's a tragic story, obviously. But it gives me also the laughs and giggles. I like it, like it, like it! <3 ...more
