This book was AMAZING! I loved reading it so, so, soooooooooo much! Wanda is the nicest creature EVER! I wasn't exactly a fan of Mel, but she was alright. I absolutely adored the whole love triangle/ square. Both h boys were fighting for different people inside the same body, and wouldn't let the other have her, it was such a good idea!! ...more

If I could've given it more than 5 stars, I would've. I can't imagine that an author who can write such an amazing book can write something so senseless as Twilight series. This was the best book I've read this year. Goes straight into my favourites shelf and I'd read this again a hundred times. Moving on to writing style, it was so good that I was able to distinguish between Melanie and Wanda and acknowledge them as two different person even though both shared the same body. In early chapters I If I could've given it more than 5 stars, I would've. I can't imagine that an author who can write such an amazing book can write something so senseless as Twilight series. This was the best book I've read this year. Goes straight into my favourites shelf and I'd read this again a hundred times. Moving on to writing style, it was so good that I was able to distinguish between Melanie and Wanda and acknowledge them as two different person even though both shared the same body. In early chapters I was very very sad for Wanda, before coming to the caves too she was very lonely and had no such reason to be happy and joyous like others. The part that hurt the most was her saying goodbyes and feeling lonely again even after finding her family. Every time she was in pain,there used to a shudder roll down on me. It all felt so real. The story was very good. Wanda was all about compassion and kindness. Everything she did was for the sake of fitting somewhere, to have a family. I don't think so besides Ian and Jamie anyone cared for her that much. All were using her. Melanie wasn't much help mentally except giving advices. The thing that I respect the most is that she cared about everyone nonetheless their behaviour towards her. She was unwanted but made herself important. There wasn't much about the story except loneliness , searching your identity, fitting somewhere and finding love and family. But the way it was all described and winded up in a story was commendable. I felt Wanda's loneliness inside me while reading, what more can I say! It felt very much real, all the pain and unwantedness. I liked the ending, truly happily ever after for Ian especially. All the characters were written very nicely especially Wanda and Mel, you'll be able to recognise them as two different person. Ian, Jamie, Jeb and Jared were given equal attentions.
I recommend everyone to read this. At first it may feel that you're not able to understand plus it's a bit lengthy than other books. But it's totally worth reading. You'll llike it.

Το είχα αγοράσει ένα καλοκαίρι και άρχισα να το διαβάζω, αλλά από την αρχή κιόλας το βαρέθηκα και το παράτησα.Ένα χρόνο μετά δεν ήξερα τι βιβλίο να ξεκινήσω και είπα να του δώσω άλλη μια ευκαιρία.Ένα σας λέω καθόμουν κάθε μέρα μέχρι της 6-7 η ώρα το πρωί και το διάβαζα και στο τέλος έριξα και ένα κλάμα..!Ελπίζω να υπάρχει και συνέχεια!

Most people will think this book is just another Twilight and although personally I like Twilight this book is not neccessarily only for twilight fans.

Fantastically written, Meyer explores what happens to the human race after an alien of race, which takes over the body.

At the beggining there can be a confusion about who is the right Melanie (human) or Wanderer (the soul) however as the story develops so does emotions surrounding the characters.
