Beautiful! Amazing! Fabulous! Awesome! Outstanding! I could go on and on and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how I feel about this book. I have had On the Island on my TBR list for the longest time. I have no idea why I waited so long to buy it and read it. This little gem has been immediately added to my ‘Favorites’ list.

What a fantastic story. I'll admit I was a little torn about reading it because of the age difference between the two characters, but it turned out to be a non-issue throughout the entire story. I could not put it down, read it in less than a day. It kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to get to the next page to see what happens next. A beautiful story of love, friendship, hope & survival. Showing that life will turn out exactly how it's supposed to. ...more
