I have been eagerly waiting for Stealing Harper by Molly McAdams since hearing it was in the works. I can't put into words how much I loved Taking Chances, it touched my heart so profoundly. I get that not everyone loves a heartbreaking emotional read but I do, especially one where I was so emotionally connected to the characters. I still get misty eyed thinking about it. I was lucky enough to receive an advanced reader copy of Stealing Harper and couldn't wait to get home to read ~~5++++ STARS~~

I get that not everyone loves a heartbreaking emotional read but I do, especially one where I was so emotionally connected to the characters. I still get misty eyed thinking about it. I was lucky enough to receive an advanced reader copy of Stealing Harper and couldn't wait to get home to read it. I will admit that I a little nervous and felt a little anxious as to how my heart was going to handle breaking all over again but once I started Stealing Harper I couldn't put it down, I was in it for the long haul again. I know that there have been a lot of people complaining lately about reading novels written from an alternate point of view because they felt that they read the exact same story told by another character but, I can promise you that Stealing Harper is not a carbon copy of Taking Chances as told by Chase…. no, it is so much more! I have always been a Chase girl, Brandon is great but Chase stole my heart. After reading Stealing Harper I am even more enamoured with Chase. Molly McAdams positively amazes me, how does a woman write from a man's perspective and make me, the reader, fall completely head over heals in love?? I loved getting into Chase's head and learning why he acted the way he did, OhhhEmmmGeee! Molly McAdams did an amazing job of relaying how deep Chase's love for Harper was and it completely melted my heart. Now that I have read Stealing Harper I want to reread Taking Chances and see how different of a read it is having gotten to know who Chase was and what made him tick.

For those of you not sure that you can handle rehashing an old wound I can assure you that for all my heart was broken and aching, I didn't find I was as devastated this time around. I still needed the kleenex and chocolate but the vodka didn't need to be pulled out ;-) Stealing Harper stole another piece of my heart and I will never ever be able to forget this fabulous read. Taking Chances and Stealing Harper have now moved into the #1 spot of my All Time Favourite reads. There has never been a story that has ever touched my heart this profoundly. If you haven't yet read Taking Chances please consider doing so because you really are missing out on a remarkable read. For those of you not sure you can read Chase's story in Stealing Harper I can assure you that you can and you will love it!! Wow... My heart is broken. I didn't realize when I read this that this was just a story through Chase's eyes. I didn't know their was a book called Taking Chances. I am just so sad right now. Can't stop crying. Jeez I know I'll never be able to read the Taken Chances cause I did not like how " princess" treated Chase. But this book was just heart breaking, but so worth your time. ...more

We all know the story obviously or we would not have read this one, so we know what is going to happen! That being said how come that lat chapter is so dang hard to read? I cried like in book one except this time maybe a tad more knowing he died and in the end his dying wish happened. He loved Harper so much and on dying breath knew his best friend would love and marry and take care of HIS family. 5 stars for sure! Loved loved loved

I loved this book , I finally got to see the part of chase that Harper fell inlove with. To hear his side only made me fall for him all over again , but Brandon is also a keeper !
