I had this book on my Nook for a month before I read it on the recommendation of a friend. I think since I have a teenage son, I thought I would find this book, well, icky from the summaries that I had read. But is wasn't at all. It was so well written that I became emotionally involved with TJ and Anna. What a fantastic story. I'll admit I was a little torn about reading it because of the age difference between the two characters, but it turned out to be a non-issue throughout the entire story. I could not put it down, read it in less than a day. It kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to get to the next page to see what happens next. A beautiful story of love, friendship, hope & survival. Showing that life will turn out exactly how it's supposed to. ...more
