What Members Thought
A wonderfully moving and endearing but devestating book. I have a special vulnerablity to books centered on damaged and somewhat asperger-like characters and this book falls squarely in that camp. The main character sees himself as a shy wall-flower but in reality he's bewildered by things that his too quick mind observes but he's unable to figure out how to deal with.

The author has successfully entered into the psyche of a gifted child and written a wonderful book.
A brilliant coming of age book... In parts touching, in parts funny, in parts sad... This is quite a nice book... Touches you deep within on occasions....
